Contest Rules

  • Eligibility:

    • this singing Contest is open to all ages.

    • Open to participants worldwide.

    • You May Audition virtually via zoom or in person.

    • Solo, duos, groups and band entries are accepted.

    • ‼️ You must submit a link of yourself singing to qualify ‼️

  • Submission Period:

    • All  submissions  must  be  received  by  the  following  dates:

    • Toronto  Auditions:  Submissions  By  April 10th  2026

    • Submissions will only be accepted through this  official  contest  platform.

  • Registration requirements:

    • Contestants must complete the online registration form, providing accurate and current information.‼️ We will verify your identity for security purposes. ‼️

    • Each contestant is allowed to sing one ( 1 ) full song at the audition event. You may sing any song you want, in any language or genre. 🎙

    • all contestants must follow @thesingerscompany on at least one of our social media platforms ( instagram, facebook, tiktok )

    • The total amount of time each participant has is ten minutes ( 10 Minutes ). ⌚️

    • The 10 minutes is divided by your song performance & feedback from our mentors & judging panel. We also answer any music industry related questions you may have! 🤓

    • If you are selected for this exclusive audition event, the official Registration fee is $20.00 🇨🇦

  • Repertoire:

    • Participants can choose any song for their performance.

    • including cover Songs

    • Original songs are also accepted and encouraged.

    • Songs with explicit or offensive content are not allowed.

    • you may bring your instrument to the audition or bring your music on a phone or hard drive.

    • You may also bring an accompanist If you want to.

  • Audio & Video Requirements:

    • Audio or video should be of high quality and clearly showcase the participant's singing ability. ( streaming links only )

    • Each contestant is allowed only one submission.

  • Judging Criteria:

    • Vocal ability ( intonation, pitch, tone, and range )

    • Artistic interpretation and expression

    • Overall presentation and charisma

    • Potential for commercial success

  • Judges:

    • A panel of industry professionals will evaluate the submissions.

    • Judges' decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

  • Prizes:

    • First Place: Single Song Recording contract with The Singer's Company, including recording, production, and worldwide distribution.

      • One single song album

    • Second Place: Recording Studio Access at the Singer's Company, including recording and production.

      • 3 hours of studio time

    • Third Place: Songwriting workshop with Roy Hamilton III. { Credits include, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Keri Hilson, JoJo, Nsync, The Cheetah Girls, Ariana Grande & The Black eyed Peas }

      • One hour Workshop Session ( Virtual or In-Person )

  • Recording and Production Details:

    • The recording and production process will be coordinated with the winners, taking into consideration their preferences and styles.

    • Winners must be available for virtual or in-studio collaboration sessions with The Singer's Company team.

    • Workshop details, including date and duration, will be communicated to the winner.

  • Promotional Activities:

    • Winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the contest and their prize, including interviews, social media features, and press releases.

  • Contractual Agreements:

    • Winners will be required to enter into A NON exclusive agreement with The Singer's Company outlining the terms and conditions of the recording contract agreement.

  • Amendments & Rules:

    • The Singer's Company reserves the right to amend the rules or make additional announcements before or during the contest.

    • By participating and entering in this SINGERS GOT TALENT!™️ contest, all contestants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by The Singer's Company Inc and its affiliated partners.
